As the founder and owner, Kathy Brown has 20 years of experience in technology and a unique eclectic skill set managing technical programs for Public Sector, Finance, Law Enforcement in research, machine learning, software development, services and support.
OUR SERVICES
The go-to areas that teams often need are the nuts and bolts of program management. This is going from roadmaps to solid product management methods, using development standards and Agile teaming. Its a solid combination of understanding the macro and micro life cycles in product and release management. We provide services in this area.
In addition to program management, we're exploring Content Development and the creation of learning materials and whitepapers.
The most critical element of our success is working with leaders to encapsulate their Vision, and collaborating with cross functional teams on Roadmaps that lead to achievable plans. This takes a combination of technical knowledge, experience and curiosity. In addition, we have practical experience managing resources, programs, projects and budgets from $2 million to $24 million.
